博美"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"664","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_10002_description_24":{"attribute_name":"ページ属性","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"P(論文)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_34":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　毎年、担当する講座に外部講師を招いている。学生の学修意識と態度能力向上に資する教育的機会として位置づけている。外部講師は実業界、教育界から芸能界まで多岐に渡り、学内からも招いている。初めての試みとして、「魅力的な行動・表現」（選択科目）で「エグゼクティブ・セミナー」を企画した。講師の植村裕之氏は、三井住友海上火災保険株式会社元社長で、現在は同社のシニアアドバイザーである。植村氏は、「魅力的な行動・表現」をテーマに、50年に渡る実業界での経験を踏まえ、学生時代の過ごし方、社会で必要な心構えや取り組み、出会った素晴らしい人びとに共通する事項など丁寧かつ率直な態度で学生に語ってくださった。学生の傾聴の態度は真摯であって講師に好感を与えた。外部講師を招聘するにあたり事前教育が不可欠である。筆者が教壇に立って以来行ってきた教育実践に、「礼に始まり礼に終わる」がある。魅力行動研究から、学生の態度能力の向上に資するものとして「さささ親切」「三立：立腰立額立身」「正心静座」を提唱し実践している。こうした実践の有効性について考察した。教育研究職にとってもこのような講演は貴重と考え、植村氏の了解を得て内容を掲載する。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_full_name_30":{"attribute_name":"著者名よみ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"665","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"コガ,
